Job summary

Qualifications

Associate degree in biomedical, IT, electronics, or related field preferred.
1+ year of technical experience required; 3+ years in field technician roles preferred.
Experience in IT support, electronics, biomedical engineering, or pharmacy technology is a plus.
Must maintain personal parts inventory sourced from approved vendors.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, configuration, and updates for medical devices, software, and networking systems.
Conduct routine checks to verify proper functionality after setup.
Troubleshoot device and network issues, resolving technical problems independently or escalating complex cases.
Follow calibration protocols for servicing equipment
Educate healthcare staff on device utilization and software functionality.
Maintain compliance with hospital vendor credentialing requirements.
