Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a MedTech Healthcare Collection Associate to confirm and collect medical equipment inventory in hospital settings, including operating rooms and inventory departments. You will handle orthopedic, surgical and non-invasive devices, gaining valuable medical device industry exposure.

This role offers a flexible, per diem schedule with local travel up to 2–3 hours, paid travel and mileage, and no evenings or weekend commitments on local assignments, with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted driver license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally.
• Familiar with basic software and Microsoft Windows.
• Excellent customer service and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Able to clear hospital vendor credentialing including vaccination status.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned hospitals to collect orthopaedic inventory boxes.
• Prepare box with prepaid shipping label and ship product to client plant.
• Document and log daily collections totals.
• Notify the local Sales team of shipping supply needs.
• Travel locally for up to 2–3 hours to support customer needs.
