Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Healthcare Collection Associate to confirm and collect medical equipment inventory in hospitals, focusing on orthopedic devices in ORs and inventory departments. You will visit assigned hospitals, prepare boxes with prepaid shipping labels, log daily totals, and coordinate with sales to ensure supply needs are met.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted driver license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating system.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
• Able to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned hospitals to collect orthopaedic inventory boxes.
• Prepare box w/ prepaid shipping label and ship product to client manufacturing plant.
• Document and log daily collections totals.
• Notify the local Sales team of shipping supply needs.
• Per Diem and flexible availability.
