Job summary

IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks a dedicated associate to confirm and collect medical equipment inventory from hospitals, including operating rooms and inventory departments. You will visit sites, prepare shipments, and document daily totals while coordinating with the sales team.

A flexible Monday–Friday schedule, with no evenings or weekends on local assignments, is offered to grow into new opportunities in the medical device industry.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted driver license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Comfort with basic software programs and Microsoft OS.
• Excellent customer service and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Must clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including vaccination status.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned hospitals to collect orthopaedic inventory boxes.
• Prepare box with prepaid shipping label and ship product to client plant.
• Document and log daily collections totals.
• Notify local Sales team of shipping supply needs.
• Travel locally up to 2–3 hours; travel time is paid, as is mileage.
