Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a MedTech Healthcare Collection Associate to confirm and collect medical equipment inventory in hospitals, including orthopaedic and non-invasive devices, with assignments in Operating Rooms and Inventory Departments.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation.
• Comfort with basic software programs and Microsoft Windows.
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including vaccination status.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned hospitals to collect orthopaedic inventory boxes.
• Prepare boxes with prepaid shipping label and ship to client plant.
• Document and log daily collections totals.
• Notify local Sales team of shipping supply needs.
• Per diem and flexible availability.
