Job summary

Levisonics, Inc. in Fishers, Indiana is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager with strong business development acumen to lead and manage engineering development projects from initiation to completion.

The role also supports business development activities and collaborates with stakeholders across functions. The ideal candidate has a BS or MS in Engineering or related field, 4+ years in project management within engineering development, and a PMI certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in engineering development environments.
• Project management certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management software such as Jira and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering development projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Meet project timelines and deliverables with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Perform work breakdown with engineers, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate tasks among engineers and stakeholders, including subcontractors.
• Facilitate meetings with project owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed as needed.
