Job summary

Meissner Filtration Products is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Product Engineering to own critical delivery timelines across engineering teams in a fast-moving biotech environment. You will shape charters and plans, enforce accountability, manage scope, cost, and schedule, and keep stakeholders informed to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project delivery within an engineering, manufacturing, or technical, regulated environment.
• Experience delivering hardware or consumable projects through full development and qualification cycles.
• Pharma/biotech industry experience preferred.
• PMP/CAPM or equivalent certification preferred but not required.
• Proficient with MS Office and project management tools; ability to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize stakeholder input into a clear project charter and plan.
• Identify and manage project stakeholders and align priorities and timing.
• Facilitate a coherent project plan with requirements, schedule, risks, and resources.
• Build and maintain a transparent project management system with dashboards.
• Communicate priorities and status clearly within the team and with leadership.
• Track issues, risks, and dependencies; escalate where needed.
• Provide reliable visibility into progress, dependencies, and forecasted delivery.
• Manage project cost against budget and flag variances.
• Foster proactive risk management and mitigations based on impact.
• Control scope, budget, and timeline changes with proper approvals.
• Resolve resource and capacity conflicts across the portfolio.
• Own reporting and status updates for leadership; define delivery metrics.
• Plan projects in alignment with quality and regulatory requirements (FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, GAMP 5).
• Evolve PM practices; mentor team on lean delivery and communication.
• Evaluate AI tools for planning, reporting, and risk management.
