Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years delivering hardware projects in regulated environments.
• Experience with design, build, test and launch cycles.
• Knowledge of biopharma or manufacturing is preferred.
• Proficiency with project management tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Owner of project charter, scope, deliverables, and schedule.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage budget, risks, and scope changes throughout projects.
• Provide transparent reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure alignment with quality, validation, and documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ, FAT/SAT).
