Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in engineering development environments.
• Project management certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering development projects, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Perform backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and project documentation.
• Identify risks and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate tasks among engineers and stakeholders, including subcontractors.
• Ensure SOPs and QA processes are followed and align project objectives with company goals.
• Assist in business development activities and engage in grant writing as required.
