Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery in Raritan, NJ is seeking an engineering co-op to support New Product Development (NPD) for WC&H and Biosurgery platforms. You will assist in process development, qualification, and design changes while interacting with cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to project management, data collection and analysis, and collaborate with external suppliers to drive key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university.
• Preferred majors are: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Material Science and Engineering, and Polymer Science and Engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership is preferred.
• Must be able to balance multiple projects and stay organized.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Write and execute process development protocols and reports.
• Organize and submit process development samples for testing.
• Collect, analyze, and report process data.
• Collaborate with external suppliers to support key projects.
• Lead small technical projects and process changes.
• Support local community through Credo-inspired events and activities.
