Job summary

Jupiter Endovascular, Inc. seeks a Commercial Operations Lead to build the operating foundation for its growing commercial team in Menlo Park. This hands-on role leads cross-functional initiatives, establishes scalable processes, and turns commercial data into actionable decisions.

The ideal candidate has owned ops initiatives end-to-end, with strong CRM, BI, and forecasting skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity in an in-office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or related function.
• Experience with medtech, medical-device, diagnostics, healthcare, or regulated commercial organizations.
• Experience with pricing, contracting, order-to-cash, channel operations, distributor management, or onboarding processes.
• Hands-on experience building or improving commercial/reporting infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Jupiter’s commercial operations foundation, including core systems, processes, reporting, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Lead CRM implementation, account hierarchy, pipeline stages, opportunity management, and user adoption.
• Own CRM data quality and cross-functional visibility across systems.
• Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, and leadership reporting to support planning and reviews.
• Partner with leadership to scale core sales operating processes including territory alignment and forecasting.
• Support readiness initiatives like pricing, contracting, order-to-cash, onboarding, and field enablement.
• Conduct competitive, market, and performance intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Serve as trusted operational partner to leadership and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
