Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Co-Op in Raritan, NJ, supporting Customer Solutions Channel Ops. The term runs January to July 2027, with a full-time 40-hour work week and CPT/OPT considerations described in the posting.

The position emphasizes account management, customer support, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration within the supply chain. Eligible for Company benefits and a structured onboarding and mentorship program.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, or related fields.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Utilize Microsoft applications i.e. Access, Excel, Power Point.
• Data visualization applications such as PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and collaborate cross-functionally partnering with various teams to drive achievement of organizational metrics and individual account goals.
• Manage and strengthen key business relationships while balancing the customer expectations, business priorities, and internal policies/requirements.
• Identify and execute opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and supply chain performance across transportation, distribution, and related functions.
• Manage and direct requests and inquiries from internal & external business partners (planning, commercial, operations).
