Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Deliver is seeking a Spring 2027 Business Unit Integration Co-Op in Raritan, NJ to support strategy development, value identification and supply chain process improvements.

The role involves coordinating Deliver projects, leading cross-functional teams, and applying data analytics to launches, governance, and cost/benefit analyses. This paid internship offers hands-on experience within a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in XX, or related fields.
• Pursuing BA/BS, MA, MBA or PhD in Supply Chain, Engineering, business finance, or a related field.
• Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework.
• Outlook- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel -Advanced-, Power Point, Word)
• Knowledge in Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and Project Management (preferred)
• Data Analytics skills, Data ingestion, connectivity, visualization, and attention to detail on data quality confirmation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple Deliver projects simultaneously, providing clear action plans, status updates, and presentations to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Planning, Distribution Operations, and Transportation through strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
• Proactively take initiative in ambiguous situations, demonstrating resourcefulness and creativity to find innovative solutions.
• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to meet critical timelines in a fast-paced environment.
