Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Deliver is seeking a Spring 2027 Co-Op in New Jersey to support strategy development and supply chain process improvements. The role focuses on coordinating projects, leading cross-functional teams, and applying data-driven problem solving.

The Co-Op runs January to June 2027, full-time (40 hours/week) with access to company benefits. CPT/OPT considerations apply; sponsorship may be required long-term.

Qualifications

• Enrolled as an undergraduate freshman, pursuing BA/BS or higher in a related field.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0+ across coursework.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Advanced, PowerPoint, Word).
• Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple Deliver projects with clear action plans and status updates.
• Lead cross-functional teams across planning, distribution operations, and transportation.
• Proactively take initiative in ambiguous situations with resourcefulness.
