We are seeking a compassionate and dependable med-tech professional to support residents in an assisted living environment during swing shift hours. In this role, you will help promote comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being by assisting with medication administration, observing resident needs, and working closely with the care team to deliver high-quality support. Hours: 8AM-4PM, 9AM-5PM, 10AM-6PM.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications in accordance with established policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

• Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Compassionate approach with a commitment to resident dignity and quality care.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, and assisting with resident needs as permitted by policy.
