Job summary

BD is a leading medical technology company hiring an Assembler I for the 4th shift in El Paso, Texas. You will prepare and manufacture active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, and/or medical devices following SOPs and safety regulations.

The role requires basic English literacy, GMP/SOP adherence, and the ability to handle equipment and materials. Overtime may be required; BD emphasizes safety and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand basic English.
• Opertaing skills of manufacturing equipment, tools, and pallet jack preferred.
• Good problem solving and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Understand production processes within the area of assignment and operate manufacturing equipment.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
• Transport materials using material handling equipment with required assistance.
• Maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards and housekeeping.
• Be available for overtime and other projects as assigned.
