Cedarwood Preserve is hiring Medication Technicians for part-time night shifts (10:45 PM – 7:00 AM) to provide care to residents with a focus on safety and quality. Training is provided to ensure proper medication handling and documentation.

Ideal candidates are dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented, with a high school diploma and relevant certifications. Join a supportive team dedicated to resident wellbeing and clear communication with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid DHS Medication Administration Course Completion Certification.
• Valid NCBDE Diabetes Education Certification.
• Valid PA ID.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and administer medications accurately and timely
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Maintain accurate medication and resident documentation
• Take and record vital signs as needed
• Assist residents with care and respond to their needs
• Communicate with residents, families, and other members of the care team
• Maintain medication inventory and request refills as needed
• Support a safe, positive, and resident-focused environment
