Job summary

Our 28-bed Medical-Surgical unit in Athens, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team on a 12-hour day shift (7a-7p) on Week Day MedSurg. This role emphasizes compassionate, family-like care and a collaborative atmosphere within Trinity Health’s St. Mary’s system.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care-plan development, and execution under limited supervision. Georgia RN licensure and BLS are required; new grads considered. Comprehensive benefits start Day One.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Georgia.
• BLS Certification through American Heart Association required.
• New graduates considered. Prior experience in preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop, evaluate, and modify the care plan.
• Perform complex patient-care procedures within your expertise.
• Function as part of the Care Team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Provide care using the nursing process, environment, and healthcare team.
