Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including activities of daily living and mobility assistance.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and personal grooming as needed.
• Maintain med room in a clean, orderly condition and document medications per policy.
• Pass medications and report changes to RN as required.
