Job summary

The role includes aiding residents with meals, documenting care, and maintaining a clean med room while following physician orders and community policies. Weekend and holiday rotation is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in and out of bed and into wheelchair; use gait belt as needed.
• Assist residents in bathing, dressing, and peri care.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Assist with meals and feeding; provide housekeeping and laundry.
• Maintain med room and med cart; pass medications per physician orders.
• Provide care while following care plans and standards.
• Be available for rotating weekends and holidays.
• Document information prior to leaving shift.
• Operate and maintain community equipment; ensure safety and cleanliness.
