Job summary

Guardian Flight, LLC is hiring a Fixed Wing Pilot in Hilo, Hawaii, for medical air transportation services. The pilot will operate the King Air C90 aircraft on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule.

The position requires various qualifications, including a Commercial Airplane Multi‑Engine Land (C‑AMEL) license and extensive flight hours. Compensation includes an annual salary range of approximately $128,048 to $140,853, plus sign-on and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to obtain ATP within 5 years of employment.
• Previous medevac and/or cargo experience is preferred.
• Valid and unexpired driver’s license required.
• Current FAA First‑ or Second‑Class Medical Certificate is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers safely with a team of medical experts.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for dispatch per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation for shifts and load manifests.
• Communicate with dispatch and flight crews.
• Provide shift change information to the transitioning pilot.
• Maintain required certifications and training.
• Adhere to elevated safety and service standards.
