You will operate wreckers, handle emergency recoveries, and maintain equipment, with a $5,000/$7,500 sign-on bonus depending on location. Responsibilities include accurate reporting, coordinating with dispatch, and delivering professional customer service in high-stress scenarios.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Class A CDL and keep it current.
• Must have an active DOT physical and ability to pass a drug test.
• Clean driving record with insurable history.
• Mechanical skills for minor vehicle repairs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate medium to heavy-duty wreckers for towing semi-trucks and trailers.
• Perform accident recovery, rollovers, winch outs, and abandoned vehicle recovery.
• Respond to emergency road service calls promptly and safely.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide updates and ETAs.
• Complete detailed paperwork and service call reports.
• Inspect and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness.
