Job summary

Jordan Ford in San Antonio is hiring a Full-Time Medium Duty Truck Technician for our new shop opening in 2026. The role offers competitive hourly pay, great benefits, and ongoing Ford training in a modern, air-conditioned shop.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain medium-duty trucks, using diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot systems while ensuring safety and quality in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in medium-duty truck repair or diesel repair.
• CDL is a plus (preferred).
• Ford and Cummins certifications are preferred or required where applicable.
• Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills; able to work independently or in a team.
