Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a US-based MEDITECH Programmer to join our healthcare interoperability team. You will design, develop, implement, and support HL7 interfaces and data migrations, managing full interface lifecycles to improve data exchange and patient care outcomes.

The role requires at least 2 years of MEDITECH experience and strong troubleshooting skills. You will collaborate with project managers, customers, and internal teams to deliver successful interface projects, while adhering to best

Qualifications

• 2+ years MEDITECH application experience including coding in MEDITECH Magic, Client/Server, Focus, NPR Report Writer or M-AT Report Designer.
• Proven success developing, implementing and supporting HL7 interfaces in healthcare IT or systems integration.
• Knowledge of MEDITECH data structures and NPR/M-AT development and integration points.
• Strong troubleshooting and multi-priority management with customer focus.
• Interest in healthcare interoperability and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy custom interfaces per customer requirements to support data exchange.
• Test, validate and troubleshoot solutions through customer acceptance and production transition.
• Develop, support and optimize solutions using MEDITECH data tools.
• Prioritize issues, diagnose root causes, and communicate status to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, vendors and internal teams to deliver interface projects with good documentation.
