Job summary

RLDatix is seeking a US-based MEDITECH Programmer to join our healthcare interoperability team. You will design, develop, implement, and support MEDITECH interfaces and data migrations, including HL7 interfaces and data transformations, to improve patient care outcomes.

Join a global group of experts delivering trusted health IT solutions. The role involves building interfaces with MEDITECH Magic, Client/Server, Focus, NPR Report Writer, and M-AT Report Designer across healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of MEDITECH application experience (hospital IT, MEDITECH, or similar) including programming in MEDITECH Magic, Client/Server, Focus, NPR Report Writer, and/or M-AT Report Designer
• Proven success developing, implementing, and supporting HL7 interfaces within healthcare IT, application development, or systems integration environments
• In-depth knowledge of MEDITECH data structures and architecture, including NPR and/or M-AT development and integration points
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within complex technical environments with multiple priorities and strong customer focus
• Sincere interest in healthcare interoperability

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and deploy custom interfaces to support data exchange and interoperability
• Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting for quality and reliability in production
• Use MEDITECH tools to develop, support, and optimize interfaces and reports
• Prioritize and manage customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and communicate status clearly
• Partner with project managers, customers, vendors and internal teams to deliver interface projects with good documentation
