Qualifications

• One or more years of personal care experience with older adults preferred.
• Must hold state required medication pass certification or other required certification.
• Must have current CPR certification and First Aid training.
• Must have Food Handlers permit as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate medication room and provide medication services as directed.
• Process physician medication orders in accordance with state regulations.
• Administer and assist with self-administration of medications.
• Maintain accurate records of medication and treatment services.
• Coordinate with pharmacies for medication orders and refills.
• Provide direct resident care and support daily living activities.
• Attend trainings and participate in staff meetings.
