Job summary

Qualifications
- Two years of Pharmacy Technician Experience. Medication Reconciliation Technician or Meds to Beds experience is preferred.
- State of Colorado Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
- Medication History Certificate within 12 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication history and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with pharmacists for efficient discharge process.
- Complete medication histories for new admissions.
- Communicate with patients regarding insurance and co-pay information.
- Coordinate dispensing with decentralized pharmacists.
