Job summary

Compass Senior Living in Redmond, Oregon, seeks a Medication Technician to safely pass medications and support residents’ wellness goals. This role leads the shift, coaches Care Partners, and collaborates with the RCC and Administrator to ensure accurate medication delivery and compliance with policies.

You will guide self-administration as needed, maintain documentation, and participate in training to meet state regulations while delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in a vibrant

Qualifications

• Ability to pass medications under state law with safety and accuracy.
• Strong communication with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Willingness to lead and coach Care Partners on shift.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications and assist with self-administration as required by state law.
• Lead the Care Partners on the shift and model teamwork.
• Coordinate with RCC and Administrator for scheduling and med deliveries.
• Maintain accurate medication storage, distribution, and discontinuation records.
• Ensure compliance with Compass Senior Living policies and procedures.
