Oakmont Management Group is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician in Pueblo, CO. You will supervise and assist with medication administration and provide direct personal care to residents. The role requires collaboration with nurses, physicians, and families while promoting safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; LVN license is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with residents, families and health professionals.
• Must pass background check and health screenings per policy.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies and physicians.
• Track changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
