Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Medication Technician to support residents in our Colorado Springs and Pueblo communities on PRN shifts. You will supervise and assist with administration of medications, coordinate with pharmacies, and maintain confidential care records.

You’ll work closely with nursing staff to ensure safety and quality of care while encouraging resident participation in activities. Prior medication assistance experience is preferred; a HS diploma is required and LVN is a

Qualifications

• Assist with medication administration according to nursing standards.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication records.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Pass criminal background check and health screenings including TB tests.
