Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and ability to pass background checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.
• Experience assisting with medication in RCFE preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and other departments.
