Job summary

The Ivy at Berkeley is seeking a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in medication administration for residents, following nursing standards and company policies. You will also provide direct personal care and encourage resident participation in activities while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance staff.

Qualifications include a HS diploma (LVN a plus) and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with medication or care in a residential setting (RCFE preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; LVN a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medication and care records.
• Ensure a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Promote teamwork across departments.
