Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Count and sign approved forms and manage narcotics with authorized personnel.
• Verify MARs during changeover times and report discrepancies to RCD.
• Remove discontinued medication from cart and hand to RCD.
• Provide personal care to residents as needed (bathing, grooming, eating, etc.).
• Document information in daily logs and notify supervisors of concerns.
• Answer calls and assist residents with needs as assigned.
• Follow company policies and dress code.
