PACS Group in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Medication Technician to assist in administering medications to residents under physician orders, and under the direction of nursing staff and the Health Services Director.

You will follow facility policies, document doses, report any medication errors, participate in QA activities, and collaborate with pharmacists and health services to ensure safe and accurate medication passes.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsabilités

• Administer, document, and verify medications as prescribed.
• Follow policies and report any errors and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate medication records and labeling per policy.
• Coordinate with health services staff, physicians, and pharmacists.
