Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Happy Valley, OR is seeking a swing or overnight Medication Technician to support residents and caregivers. You will administer medications, monitor vitals, and coordinate with physicians, home health, hospice, and pharmacy services to ensure timely, accurate care.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Previous experience with Medication Administration required.
• Previous experience assisting with ADLs.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to pass criminal background and pre-employment drug test.
• Genuine love for seniors and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists residents in self-administering medications and treatments.
• Measures vital signs and weight and performs other health services tasks.
• Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, and reports and documents pertinent information.
• Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services.
• Diligently processes paperwork and administers meds/treatments.
• Be able to work as a team throughout the department.
