Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC is seeking a Swing Shift Med Tech for The Springs at Tanasbourne in Hillsboro, OR. Schedule: 2:00 p.m. – 10:15 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, with a Sunday-Thursday rotation.

You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with physicians, home health, hospice, and pharmacy services on residents’ care plans. This role emphasizes team collaboration and leadership on the floor.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age.
• Prior experience in Senior Care as a Med Tech, Caregiver, or similar.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Administers or assists residents in self-administering medications and treatments.
• Measures vital signs and weight, and performs other health services tasks.
• Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, reports, and documents pertinent information.
• Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services.
• Be able to work as a team throughout departments.
• Be a mentor and lead for co-workers, shift lead.
