Job summary

The Springs Living, LLC in Salem, Oregon is seeking an experienced Med Tech to join our assisted living community, with a focus on administering medications for multiple residents and supporting overall well-being.

You will work with a caring team, coordinate with physicians and health services, and contribute to a culture of quality care and compassionate service for seniors.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ year of professional experience administering medications to multiple clients at once.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Previous senior care experience as a Med Tech, Caregiver, Medication Aide, or similar role.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Genuine compassion for seniors and dedication to quality care.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications and treatments
• Measure and record vital signs and weight
• Communicate with physicians, implement orders, and document important health information
• Coordinate with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and other team members to support resident well-being
