Job summary

mybrio in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician to join the Memory Care team. This full-time role (35 hours/week, first shift 6am–2:15pm) focuses on accurate medication delivery and compassionate resident support, helping residents thrive in a safe, respectful environment.

You will monitor residents’ health, assist with daily activities, and collaborate with nurses and aides to follow care plans.

Qualifications

• Certification in medication administration or nursing assistance.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with care staff.
• Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor health status and report changes to the care team.
• Provide compassionate, hands-on support and document care activities.
