Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a part-time Medication Technician for Fridays and Saturdays to assist residents with daily medications in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community under the supervision of a licensed nurse.

The role focuses on accurate documentation, vital sign monitoring, and collaboration with the nursing team to deliver high-quality care. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a Caregiver in a licensed community or facility.
• C.N.A. license where required.
• Current Medication Technician or Aide Certification where required.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.
• Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.
• Professional, pleasant and team oriented attitude.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications and ADL care as needed.
• Maintain accurate medical records and report reactions to the nurse.
• Take resident vital signs and monitor responses.
• Attend shift meetings and update nursing staff.
• Collaborate to ensure quality care and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulations.
