We are seeking Medication Techs to join our team. Certification as a Medication Technician is REQUIRED. This is a full-time evening shift position with 8-hour shifts.

Hospital Details

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community in Mechanicsburg, PA, featuring a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility and an assisted living unit. Our state-of-the-art, one-story facility provides comprehensive care tailored to post-injury or illness recovery, offering an integrated care continuum for patients and residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents, families, and prospective residents as needed.
• Supervise and record medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Communicate with physicians and consultants, providing follow-up as needed.
• Arrange physician appointments and transportation when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, file reports, and assist in training new staff.
• Respond to emergency calls.
• Maintain residents' dignity, safety, and respect.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Additional Qualifications/Skills

• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and hazardous waste procedures.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
