Hospital Details

VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. It includes a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility and an assisted living unit. The facility is designed to address comprehensive care and living needs post-injury or illness, delivering a fully integrated care continuum for patients and residents.

Responsibilities

Assist residents, their families, and prospective residents as needed. Supervise and record medications. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility and personal care. Take and record vital signs. Communicate with physicians and consultants, providing follow-up. Arrange physician appointments and transportation if needed. Ensure compliance with state regulations, file reports, and assist in training new employees. Respond to emergency calls. Maintain residents' dignity, safety, and respect.

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
