VibraLife is a Rehabilitation Center and Senior Living Community located in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. It includes a short-term rehabilitation/skilled nursing facility, an assisted living unit, and a state-of-the-art Vibra Rehabilitation Center and Vibra Senior Living. Designed to address comprehensive care needs, VibraLife offers a fully integrated care continuum for patients and residents.

Responsibilities

Assist residents, their families, and prospective residents. Supervise and record medications. Support residents with activities of daily living, help with mobility, take and record vital signs, communicate with physicians and consultants, and follow up as needed. Arrange physician appointments and transportation. Ensure compliance with state regulations, file reports, and assist in training new staff. Respond to emergency calls and uphold the dignity, safety, and respect of residents.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and hazardous waste procedures.
