Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician for a full-time, first-shift position (Fri-Mon, 6am–2:30pm) with pay at $21–22/hr. The role delivers compassionate resident care, assists with medication administration, and follows personalized service plans to support safety and quality of life.

Responsibilities include documenting medication passes, coordinating with the care team, and reporting changes promptly, while upholding all policies, procedures, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related healthcare experience preferred.
• 1+ year handling medications preferred; on-the-job training is available for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with medications and daily living activities.
• Document and track medication administration and changes.
• Notify supervisor of discrepancies and document reasons.
• Maintain confidential resident records.
• Support caregivers in daily tasks.
• Respond to emergencies and resident requests promptly.
• Uphold safety and regulatory compliance and MBK policies.
