Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician for a full-time PM shift. You will assist residents with medication administration and activities of daily living, following personalized care plans and physicians' orders. You must document accurately and adhere to all regulations and MBK policies.

The role requires 1+ years in healthcare, ability to obtain CPR/First Aid, and strong communication and teamwork. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; CPR/First Aid certification as required by state regulations.
• Experience in healthcare and medication handling preferred; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications and treatments per care plans.
• Document medication administration, incidents, and notes accurately and confidentially.
• Maintain compliance with policies, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
• Notify supervisor of any medication discrepancies or changes and document reasons.
• Provide safe, organized care and support to residents and families as needed.
