Job summary

Grace Management Inc. is seeking a Medication Technician for first shift at Collier Park in Beaumont, TX. The role requires administering medications, documenting in MAR, and assisting residents with daily living activities in a full-time, on-site setting.

The position offers a starting pay of $15.00/hour and includes benefits such as PTO, daily pay, 401K with employer match, disability coverage, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and EAP support. On-site work with a 6:00am–2:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years Med Tech experience, preferably in assisted living.
• Must maintain state certification if required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist with medications per physician orders and MAR.
• Document medications in MAR accurately and promptly.
• Maintain medication cart security and conduct narcotic counts.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Collaborate with Wellness Director and nursing staff; report changes promptly.
