Tarina of Cypresswood, a Saga Senior Living community, is hiring a part-time Medication Technician in Spring, TX — $14.50-$15.00/hour + credit for experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 required.
• Minimum 1 year of senior caregiving experience required; medication technician certification/training required per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate medication records, monitor for side effects or changes in residents' health, and promptly report any concerns to licensed nursing staff.
• Deliver attentive, resident-focused care with daily routines including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment while encouraging independence and preserving each resident's dignity.
• Provide additional support for residents with higher care needs, using a calm, patient approach to foster engagement and emotional well-being.

What You'll Do
