Job summary

Senior Living Residences Cornerstone at Hampton is seeking a Medication Technician (CMA/MNA) to provide direct care to our senior residents in Hampton, NH. The role emphasizes compassionate support, documentation, and teamwork in a safe, home-like environment.

Full-time shifts are 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (32 hours/week) with starting pay at $25/hour and shift differentials. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.

What Our Resident Care Associates Do

• Medication assistance, documentation, and management
• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

Requirements

• Certification: Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
