Job summary

Senior Living Residences’ Cornerstone at Hampton in New Hampshire is seeking a Resident Care Associate (LNA, MNA, CNA, HHA). You will provide direct personal care to seniors, assist with activities, and support dining and housekeeping tasks in a home-like environment.

Qualifications

  • CNA/CHHA/LNA certification(s) preferred.
  • Good communication with residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct personal care to senior residents.
  • Join or lead activities with residents.
  • Document care in the electronic health record system.
  • Assist housekeeping and dining services as needed.

Resident Care Associate (LNA, MNA, CNA, HHA) - Hampton, New Hampshire

Available Shifts
  • 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM: Part Time weekends
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM: Part Time weekends
  • 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM: Full Time
Pay & Benefits

Rates start at $21 - $22 per hour based on work experience; we do offer shift differentials (additional pay for certain hours).

What Our Resident Care Associates Do
  • Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
  • Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
  • Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
  • Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
  • Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
  • Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.
Requirements
  • Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), preferred
  • Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
  • Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
  • Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
