Job description

Anchor Bay East Greenwich is an assisted living and memory support community located at 945 Main St, East Greenwich, RI, 02818.

Resident Care team members provide direct care to our senior residents.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

Full Time: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Full Time: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

PAY & BENEFITS

Rates starting at $22 per hour, based on prior work experience.

WHAT OUR MEDICATION TECHNICIANS DO

• Medication assistance, documentation, and management
• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

REQUIREMENTS

• Certification: Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)
• Physical requirements: Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
