Responsibilities

• Support residents overnight by assisting with medication administration per community policies.
• Accurately document medication assistance and resident observations.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized medication cart and work area.
• Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards.
• Collaborate with caregivers, nurses, and leadership.

Charter Senior Living of Davison is hiring a compassionate and dependable Medication Technician (Med Tech)/Caregiver for our day and overnight shifts- 7am to 7pm and 7pm-7am shift. No prior medication certification is required - we proudly provide paid, in-house training to ensure you are fully prepared and confident in your role.

This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers, CNAs, or individuals with senior living experience who are looking to expand their skills and grow their career in assisted living.
